Fabyan's Spice Girl...Feb. 2, 1999-Oct. 13, 2005

Daughter of

Chesai Black Annika D'Fabyan

&

Ch. Post Oak One Tuff Classy Man

(Spice Girl)

We love you and miss you!

I am very sad to say we lost Spice Girl of a heart attack giving birth to 5 baby boys.

She will be deeply missed! Just a very special girl...she always sat by me while I was

on the computer and watched every move I made. The minute my hand went down she

was right there to tell me to pick her up. She has left behind her mom Nika, A Daughter

Lexus, A Son Strutter and 3 precious newborn boys.

The Spice of Life....

Dogs are here to make people happy, give love, be a friend or just add joy to a house hold.

Spice Girl was the spice everyone needs in their lives. A happy face to make you feel better, an exciting dance to cheer you up or a cuddle and kiss to make you feel the love she had to give. Her puppies are her gifts to us as a continuance of her attempt to keep our household a happy one.

So when you think of Spice it should be thought of as something to add to your life to make it better, happy and full of love as she did so much in our lives.

She is going to be deeply missed by all.

A little tidbit from Spice Girl's Breeder Alice Carlson of Fabyan Pom....

Spice was very special even as a puppy .  When she and her brother were born they both were very different, especially her.  My husband asked me to move her PVC pen closer to the door of his bedroom so he could watch her play. While he was a dying man she brought joy and love to his life, in fact this was his very first dog he ever even touched in his whole life.

From time to time, people tell me, "lighten up, it's just a dog," or,
"that's a lot of money for just a dog." They don't understand the
distance traveled, the time spent, or the costs involved for "just a
dog." Some of my proudest moments have come about with "just a dog."
Many hours have passed and my only company was "just a dog," but I did
not once feel slighted. Some of my saddest moments have been brought
about by "just a dog," and in those days of darkness, the gentle touch
of "just a dog" gave me comfort and reason to overcome the day.
If you, too, think it's "just a dog," then you will probably
understand phases like "just a friend," "just a sunrise," or "just a
promise." "Just a dog" brings into my life the very essence of
friendship, trust, and pure unbridled joy. "Just a dog" brings out the
compassion and patience that make me a better person. Because of "just a
dog" I will rise early, take long walks and look longingly to the
future. So for me and folks like me, it's not "just a dog" but an
embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the fond memories
of the past, and the pure joy of the moment. "Just a dog" brings out
what's good in me and diverts my thoughts away from myself and the
worries of the day.
I hope that someday they can understand that it's not "just a dog"
but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being "just a
man." So the next time you hear the phrase "just a dog." just smile,
because they "just don't understand."
